CoPlan is a digital/AI tool which aids Local Authorities to develop new strategic plans before the Call for Sites stage
CoPlan brings together all the stakeholders in an area to determine:
what kind of of area they would like to have, the associated lifestyles and the long-term outcomes associated with these
which development sites have the underlying measurable characteristics required to support these objectives
It combines the skills of
workshops (face to face or virtual) which find the common ground between competing interests
The process of stakeholder integration enables all parties to understand which of their desires can actually be achieved with the approval of their opponents, and produces a plan that is deliverable
